Terry became a real estate agent in 1992 after working for many years as a city administrator, political consultant, and speechwriter. As part of the Columbia Zoning Administration and head of planning staff, Terry spearheaded Main Street redevelopment in the late 1970s. He also served as the administrator for the Columbia Landmark Commission, helping to save several buildings from demolition and even planting the trees we see on Main Street today! Born in Mullins, Terry moved to Columbia to attend USC.

He joined Wolfe & Taylor in 2017 and regularly treats his new colleagues to such culinary delights as banana bread and white chocolate macaroons, which earn him ribbons each year at the State Fair. Terry also enjoys gardening, coin collecting, and writing poetry and essays about growing up in a small town. He has one adult son who lives in Charlotte.

Chachere joined Wolfe & Taylor in 2022 and has practiced real estate since 2009. He graduated from Erskine College, where he majored in sports management and played baseball. He has a passion for coaching and until 2018 was the assistant baseball coach at A.C. Flora High School, where they won four state championships.

Chachere loves his new team and the lively office at Wolfe & Taylor. He lives in Columbia with his wife, Easton, and their new baby boy.

Barbara has over 40 years of real estate experience, in both sales and management, and has built a long list of repeat clients who have also become friends. Her favorite part of the business is working closely with her clients and helping them navigate the home buying and selling process. Barbara believes in personalized service and loves working in a boutique real estate firm.

Interlaced with her long and successful real estate career is her work on the theatrical stage. Barbara has appeared in numerous productions with Trustus Theatre, Workshop Theatre, and the South Carolina Shakespeare Company. She and her husband Nick Pizzey love to travel, especially to visit his family, including four precious grandchildren, outside London.

Calhoun joined The Wolfe Company (now Wolfe & Taylor) in 1994 and soon became a top sales agent. As a third-generation Columbian, he knows these neighborhoods as well as anyone. He currently serves on the board of the South Carolina Youth Advocate Program and is a previous member of the City of Columbia Board of Zoning Appeals. Calhoun graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia in 1990 with a B.A. in political science and English.

He and Melinda have been married for two-plus decades and are the parents of two wonderful young adults, son Cal, who attends The University of South Carolina, and daughter Gretchen, who attends Clemson University. They are members of First Presbyterian Church. Calhoun’s hobbies include reading, boating, and fishing. His penchant for Clemson orange helps balance out the Gamecock garnet around the office.

Amanda Mann is a licensed Realtor® with Wolfe & Taylor, where she works closely alongside Lindsey Moore to provide clients with exceptional care and support throughout their real estate journey. With a background in administration, education, and ministry leadership, Amanda brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine heart for helping people to every transaction. 

Amanda earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Intercultural Studies and a Master’s in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Columbia International University. Her experience in data management, program coordination, and community leadership translates seamlessly into helping clients stay on track, informed, and confident as they buy or sell their homes. She and her husband, Bradley, have been married for 20 years and are raising two wonderful daughters, Olivia and Clara.

David Moore has a professional background in art, photography, video production, and graphic design. Over the past 20 years, he and his wife, Lindsey, have renovated numerous properties, an adventure which led them both to pursue careers in real estate. Figuring out how to bring new life to a tired space is full of rewarding challenges, and David always has the vision to make projects shine. David has a deep understanding of South Carolina and enjoys sharing his knowledge with clients throughout the state. His laid-back personality puts others at ease. In addition to being a REALTOR®, David operates a small media production company. He is a licensed drone pilot and enjoys creating 3-D Virtual Tours. David is also a 2001 graduate of the University of South Carolina and an active member of Spring Valley Baptist Church here in Columbia.

Lindsey Moore is a trusted REALTOR® with more than 10 years of experience helping clients buy and sell homes across South Carolina. Known for her warmth, professionalism, and eye for detail, she combines her love for hospitality and serving people with a long-standing interest in architecture and residential design. Lindsey’s business is centered on relationships and helping clients find homes that enrich their quality of life.

A graduate of the College of Charleston (2001), Lindsey earned a Master’s degree in Architectural History & Preservation from the University of Virginia (2003), followed by a second Master’s degree from Columbia International University (2010). This diverse background makes her uniquely qualified to assist clients with historic homes, preservation projects, and properties with significant architectural character, while also excelling in traditional residential real estate.

Having lived in both Columbia and Charleston for over 40 years, Lindsey deeply appreciates all that the Palmetto State has to offer—from its small towns and scenic back roads to its barbecue joints, ancient oaks, and rich culture. She has been married to her husband, David, for 20 years and together they enjoy classically homeschooling their two boys, Hampton & Asher, as well as being involved at Spring Valley Baptist Church. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys visiting antique stores and volunteering for the PAC Panthers homeschool golf team. 

John joined Wolfe & Taylor in 2017 after nearly two decades as a REALTOR® at other local agencies. He was a member of one of the first graduating classes at Spring Valley High School and went on to earn a B.S. in management from the USC School of Business. He and his wife Marian, a longtime teacher and administrator in Richland School District Two, have a son in Canada and a daughter in Columbia who has followed her mother into the teaching profession. Marian and John share an interest in mid-century modern architecture and recently renovated their kitchen as a 1960s throwback.

Steve has more than 40 years of experience in real estate sales, construction management, homeowner association management, and apartment management. He is a South Carolina REALTORS® executive board member and the past president of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association. He is past president of the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia, a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®).

Steve is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina. He and his wife, Betsy, have three adult children and two incredibly adorable grandchildren.

Barkley joined The Wolfe Company (now Wolfe & Taylor) in 2007 as an alumnus of the University of South Carolina. No matter the size and scope of his client’s real estate goals, he is committed to their success. He is an experienced agent for buyers, sellers, and investors.
Barkley is a passionate athlete, outdoorsman, and gardener, with two good dogs.

Dana started working in his family’s real estate business in 1981, joining his brothers Jack and Rhett and their father Oliver J. Wolfe. With over three decades of experience in property management and real estate sales, Dana now leads Wolfe & Taylor’s dynamic team of agents. He has a reputation for going the extra mile for his clients, sometimes literally, as he helps families buy and sell homes across the Midlands.

Dana has a B.A. in history from the University of South Carolina. He is a member of Shandon United Methodist Church, where he is active in his Sunday school class and volunteers for various missions. He and his wife Wendi have three sons.

Elizabeth earned her real estate license in 2016 following careers in nonprofit fundraising, politics, and journalism. She lived in Moscow and Washington, DC, before returning home to South Carolina. Working closely with both buyers and sellers, she has loved seeing her hometown grow and change through the years.

Elizabeth serves on the board of Pathways to Healing, the alumni committee of Heathwood Hall, and the world missions committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Upper SC. She has a B.A. in English and Russian language and literature from Smith College and studied international relations and economics at Johns Hopkins SAIS. She and husband, Chris Daves, have one son.

Jack followed in the real estate footsteps of his grandfather Jack Ulmer and father Oliver J. Wolfe when he joined the family business in 1972. A graduate of The Citadel, he has volunteered for and served on the boards of numerous local nonprofits and loves giving back to his community. He is a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church, where he has served as a deacon and an elder. Jack and his wife Kathy have three children and two spunky granddaughters.
