Sandy Bernier

Sandy joined Wolfe & Taylor in January 2015, the first employee hired when The Wolfe Company merged with Preferred Properties of Columbia. She grew up working for her parents’ real estate business in Massachusetts and continued in the field when the military brought her family to Columbia in 1994. Sandy’s goal each day is to help Wolfe & Taylor’s agents succeed, and she has the experience to make it happen.

Gabriel Brown

Gabriel joined Wolfe & Taylor’s property management division in summer 2018 as the rental maintenance technician. He is responsible for helping maintain hundreds of rental properties across the Midlands and is often the one to answer tenant calls to our 24-hour emergency line. He and his wife Sadarriel have two wonderful sons, Ashton and Amin.

Bob Frierson

Bob owned Frierson Landscaping in Lexington for 36 years before selling it and retiring in 2017. Fortunately for Wolfe & Taylor, his retirement was short-lived, and he became the Community Manager at Saluda River Club in 2019.

A Lexington native and third generation landscaper, Bob earned a degree in horticulture from Clemson University and started his company the month after graduation. He also played a little football, notably as an offensive linesman on Clemson’s 1981 championship team.

Bob and his wife, Jan, have two adult children and are the proud grandparents to three adorable boys.

Emily Giffin

Emily Giffin worked for several years in the insurance industry before joining Wolfe & Taylor as HOA Coordinator in 2019. A licensed property manager, she is the point person for nine communities that Wolfe & Taylor manages in Columbia, Lexington, and West Columbia. She is an organized, creative, and quick problem solver, able to handle myriad issues for neighborhoods big and small.

Born in Maryland to a South African mother and an English father, Emily moved to New Jersey and then Columbia, graduating from Ridge View High School. She and her husband, Forrest, live with three precious girls, a new baby boy, and a shaggy dog named Opal.

Emily volunteers as the Office Coordinator of Extra, organizing Secret Santa and lottery ticket purchases, which have resulted in $16 in communal winnings to date.

In her free time… LOL there is none.
