Sandy joined Wolfe & Taylor in January 2015, the first employee hired when The Wolfe Company merged with Preferred Properties of Columbia. She grew up working for her parents’ real estate business in Massachusetts and continued in the field when the military brought her family to Columbia in 1994. Sandy’s goal each day is to help Wolfe & Taylor’s agents succeed, and she has the experience to make it happen.

Katherine joined Wolfe & Taylor in 2021 in the Accounting Department. She handles account payables for the HOAs and rental properties. In her free time, Katherine enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and vacationing on cruises with her husband. They have three fur babies, Roxy, Lexi, and Sadie.

Originally from South Carolina, Christie spent 11 years in Florida before recently returning to my home state to be closer to family and friends. She has worked several years in property management specializing in homeowner’s associations. In her free time, Christie loves exploring the outdoors and hiking with her husband, and they’ve even completed 100 miles of the Appalachian Trail. Nature is her escape, but when she’s not on the trails, she’s spending time with her two cats and her miniature dachshund.
