A Georgia native, Virginia studied at the University of South Carolina, where she earned a B.A. in studio art and an M.A. in arts education, history, and appreciation. She began he real estate career with Russell & Jeffcoat in their Forest Acres office in 1993 and has earned the ABR, GRI, and Top Producer designations. She has served in the Junior League and Wisteria Garden Club and is currently on the board of the USC Dance Company.

Bill earned his real estate license and joined Wolfe & Taylor in 2015. He served as an Air Force pilot for 20 years and is now in his 18th year as a pilot for American Airlines. A California native, Bill has a B.A. in psychology from Cal State University, Fullerton and an M.S. in systems management from the University of Southern California (the other USC). In real estate, he has found a love for flipping houses, taking a property that needs work and turning it into a home that would make a family feel proud when they move in.

Besides flying planes around the country and across borders, Bill enjoys shrimping and fishing on the South Carolina coast, gardening, and landscape design. He and his wife Cheryl, an attorney, moved to Columbia in 1994 and have two daughters (both Gamecocks) and three grandchildren.

Heath joined the company in 1996 as an agent but soon became the assistant to brothers Jack, Rhett, and Dana Wolfe, helping them with all of their real estate needs. Born in Columbia, Heath was in the second graduating class of the then-new Spring Valley High School and later attended the University of South Carolina. She has a grown daughter and son, and she and her husband Jim, a retired Army colonel, have eight grandchildren together. They are her favorite hobby, followed by exercise and singing in the Shandon Baptist choir.

Terry became a real estate agent in 1992 after working for many years as a city administrator, political consultant, and speechwriter. As part of the Columbia Zoning Administration and head of planning staff, Terry spearheaded Main Street redevelopment in the late 1970s. He also served as the administrator for the Columbia Landmark Commission, helping to save several buildings from demolition and even planting the trees we see on Main Street today! Born in Mullins, Terry moved to Columbia to attend USC.

He joined Wolfe & Taylor in 2017 and regularly treats his new colleagues to such culinary delights as banana bread and white chocolate macaroons, which earn him ribbons each year at the State Fair. Terry also enjoys gardening, coin collecting, and writing poetry and essays about growing up in a small town. He has one adult son who lives in Charlotte.

A third generation Columbian who knows these neighborhoods as well as anyone, Calhoun joined The Wolfe Company (now Wolfe & Taylor) in 1994 and soon became a top sales agent. He currently serves on the City of Columbia Board of Zoning Appeals and on the board of the South Carolina Youth Advocate Program. Calhoun graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia in 1990 with a B.A. in political science and English.

He and Melinda have been married for nearly two decades and are the parents of two wonderful teenagers, son Cal, who attends Middlebridge School in Rhode Island, and daughter Gretchen, who attends Hammond School. They are members of First Presbyterian Church. Calhoun’s hobbies include reading, boating, and fishing. His penchant for Clemson orange helps balance out the Gamecock garnet around the office.

Stacey started selling real estate in 2014 after nearly a decade in pharmaceutical sales, including as a business manager in a large academic hospital, The University of Virginia. Her award-winning success in the pharmaceutical industry was a result of her dedication to providing product knowledge and exemplary service to physicians and their patients, and she has successfully transferred those skills to serve her real estate clients with the same level of commitment. Stacey has found her true passion in real estate, which runs in her blood, as her father was a builder and her mother owned a real estate company.

She earned her B.S. in business administration, with a concentration in marketing and management, from USC’s Darla Moore School of Business. Stacey and her husband J. William (Bill) Phillips, MD, a cardiologist with Providence Heart, have a son at Wofford College and two children at A.C. Flora High School. A Columbia resident for 15 years, Stacey has been an active volunteer in her community and at her children’s schools.

John joined Wolfe & Taylor in 2017 after nearly two decades as a REALTOR® at other local agencies. He was a member of one of the first graduating classes at Spring Valley High School and went on to earn a B.S. in management from the USC School of Business. He and his wife Marian, a longtime teacher and administrator in Richland School District Two, have a son in Canada and a daughter in Columbia who has followed her mother into the teaching profession. Marian and John share an interest in mid-century modern architecture and recently renovated their kitchen as a 1960s throwback.
