Calhoun McMeekin

A third generation Columbian who knows these neighborhoods as well as anyone, Calhoun joined The Wolfe Company (now Wolfe & Taylor) in 1994 and soon became a top sales agent. He currently serves on the City of Columbia Board of Zoning Appeals and on the board of the South Carolina Youth Advocate Program. Calhoun graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia in 1990 with a B.A. in political science and English.

He and Melinda have been married for nearly two decades and are the parents of two wonderful teenagers, son Cal, who attends Middlebridge School in Rhode Island, and daughter Gretchen, who attends Hammond School. They are members of First Presbyterian Church. Calhoun’s hobbies include reading, boating, and fishing. His penchant for Clemson orange helps balance out the Gamecock garnet around the office.
